Last updated November 3, 2026. These terms cover your use of texasdaycarereport.com, operated by HD Signals LLC (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

What the service is

Texas Daycare Report gathers public records and organizes them into lists of businesses that appear to be new or on the way. A record is a signal, not a promise: a business may open late, change its name or never open. What this covers. Licensed child care centers, licensed child-care homes with a business name, and before or after-school programs anywhere in Texas, from the state's own permit file. Listed and registered family homes are left off the new-operation list because they are usually a private home. The free inspection lookup covers every day care in the file.

Free list and Pro membership

• The free list is free. We may change what it includes.
• Pro is $29 a month, billed by HD Signals LLC through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. It appears on your statement as TX DAYCARE REPORT.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancelling stops future charges and access runs to the end of the month you paid for, so we don't prorate partial months.
• If a charge was a mistake, or you were charged within the last 14 days and Pro isn't what you expected, contact us and we'll refund that charge in full.
• Promo codes apply as described when you redeem them and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Using the data

The lists are for your own business use. Don't resell or republish them in bulk. Follow the law when you contact a business, including anti-spam and telemarketing rules.

No warranty

Public records contain mistakes and we can make our own. The service is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
